What you need:
knit fabric for headband {sign up for an account on Girl Charlee and save 10%!**affiliate links**}
coordinating fabric for tie {I used fabric from Raspberry Creek Fabric}
sewing machine {I like my Singer! This basic one is only $99.99!}

Measure around your head and cut a piece of fabric that length and about 8″ wide.

Sew the long edge together with right sides facing, turn right side out

Fold coordinating fabric so you can fit full template on the fold and cut two pieces

Sew right sides together, leaving a small gap unsewn to flip right side out again

Sew the ends of the headband together by scrunching in thirds

Tie bow around the knot and you’re ready!

OR, add an alligator clip to the bow and wear it separately. I use these in my daughter’s hair all the time!
