Crock Pot Recipe: Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes--via Six Sisters Stuff
Crock Pot recipes are the best! The Six Sisters have redeemed themselves with this one. I feel like I'm on a see-saw with their stuff. Some days they're up, some days they're down. Today, we are hovering...
I love the pork chops; however, the flavor of the gravy was not sufficient for the potatoes. If I were to make this again, I'd flavor the potatoes with some montreal steak seasoning and garlic. Or, I'd cook them separate and mash them up. I wasn't a big fan of this one. I like lots more veggies too, so I added corn and carrots. The beauty of crock pot recipes and other one pot meals are that you can do so many different things with the same ingredients and it will turn out yummy pretty much every time.

On a completely random side note, I tried a new crock pot recipe where you cook sweet potatoes in the crock pot for our Thanksgiving dinner, and I will never cook them differently again! They were the perfect balance of soft and mushy on the inside, and a hot and crispy skin on the outside. Thank you magic pot of goodness.
